THERE IS ANOTHER LADY RINDO IN THE HOUSE!

MONDAY :

What  a hot day!  I think it was 82o.

We had a late start today.   Neither one of us slept good.  One of us would get up and then the other.  I tried all my tricks with no luck, somewhere around 4 am I finally went to sleep.  This morning I was a zombie.    Happy go lucky Bob was out watering the grounds.  I didn't want to get dressed even.  As luck would have it, company came...ringing the doorbell.  (Hay it actually worked; some times it doesn't.   I'm still in my pj's.)  A friend dropped off a wedding card for Alex & Erin.  I made coffee and we visited.  It was so good to see him, we wondered how he was doing since Mickey passed away.  Ya know how good intentions are but they don't get anything done.

After lunch, Bob and I went to Rochester thinking it would be the only day this week with time for the photo therapy.  The attendant hiked up the time and the heat in the booth.  Then she made arrangements for me to see the Dr. Margo.  (All in the same building.  I was wondering how long I'd have to keep going. ) Dr. Margo cancelled the photo therapy, wrote a new script and said she would see me in a couple months.  Yea!!!!  She also froze a bump on my arm which had a skin tag that I keep bumping.  Oh my, that hurt!  She asked if it hurt?  What am I going to say-stop in the middle of it?

Dunkin Donuts was on the menu...had to have an iced coffee.  I was so dry.  We have their app on our phones and we sure get a kick out of using the DD coupons on it.  Only one at a time can be used.   Bob had the free donut with the purchase while I went in Macy's.

DUNKIN COUPON
He usually brings a camping magazine or he uses his phone to search for places or coupons.  Today he brought the paper back,  Dan Brown's Inferno,  that I bought for him to read on the airplane trip, which he wanted nothing to do with then.  Bob is not a big reader; but Monday night he asked for the book.  TV was a bummer!   That must be a really good book as he wouldn't come for supper until he finished a chapter.

It was so hot and muggy at home that we did not pursue doing a thing, except supper.  I couldn't shake the drowsy feeling and I think the photo therapy makes me tired too.  I went up stairs to watch the deer in the back field and then I wanted to read.  I just finished a story by Danielle Steel, First Sight that was - let's say- not a favorite.  She repeated issues constantly-making a big book out of nothing.

TUESDAY:
I'm up with the crows this morning.   It rained for about an hour.  We need more!  The Weather Channel is showing lots of it for the day.  It will help fill the pool too since Bob dumped so much water with the back washes cleaning it.

Okay, so I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed, what to do today.  I make a list while having coffee.   It's a big list.  Lord, I need time to work on photos.  I can't find the charger plug for the Ipad.  Now who took that?  We just bought it because we can't find the original.  Hoya, Hoya Grandpa used to say.  Okay, I'm turning off to dig in for the day.  Get to work, in other words.

Bob found the IPad charger in the motor home where he keeps the cameras.  That's good.  Who'da thought?

I tried on my dress for the wedding with shoes to check the hem.  Then I didn't like the jewelry so after lunch I made a run down to Penney's.  I found a pretty set of rhinestones so hope it looks good.  Again try the dress on.

Bob had a slew of errands.  One of them was about our red bush out front of the house that has something white and chalky growing on it.  He clipped a stem and put it in a plastic bag to take to the Extension Office for identity.

MILDEW FUNGUS
BETSY CUT THE BUSH DOWN TO THE ROOTS
WE'LL SEE IF IT GROWS BACK WITHOUT FUNGUS.

He went over to the shoe factory too.  They were closed for good.  He has been lucky enough to find size 13 AA there for the last few years, at $30-40.00 or so.  Now what or where?  Never that price again.
After supper I watched the game shows and then I went up on the porch to watch the deer.  The last few days, there has been 6-9 of them.  Tonight they came closer to the fence and I could see that one has antlers starting.  Either that or it had 4 ears!  Ha.  I came down to tell Betsy that "Buckie" was back.  Two nights ago, Bob saw a deer at the neighbor's bird feeder again.  Don't they have enough to eat in the summer time?
WEDNESDAY:
It rained off and on all day yesterday.  And, again this morning.  We really needed it.
Since it was so wet outside, Bob and I was working on the computers.   About 3 pm, I couldn't keep my eyes open so I laid down and slept for two hours.  Well, I feel like I'm on a vacation day; I don't have to cook supper.  Ya who!!!!   Bob was up and dressed up to go to a Stag Party for Alex.

Bob and I met my sister, Tootsie and her daughter, Terri for an 8:30am breakfast downstairs in cafe.  We were all going to UB campus to watch for Terri's husband, Larry to cross the finish line following his 45 mile ride for Roswell.  He started at 7:00am and crossed the finish line at 11:00am.

HE MADE 55 MILES! He added an extra 10 by a different layout.

EXTRA MILE CLUB
HE WAS THRILLED WITH THE NEW SHIRT HE EARNED WITH HIS FUND RAISING.

We sat around for a while, then left for home.  It was so hot!  We stopped for an iced coffee once on the road.  I fell asleep in the car and once in our garage, I made a bee line for our bedroom...Exhausted!  I slept for 2.5 hours!

SUNDAY:

I did some unpacking last night.  Today I'll finish up and hope to go in the pool.  I want to clean the white edge of pool with Soft Scrub so it looks better.  I had about half done when Bob offered to help.  Then Annalynn, Mark, and Otto came.  Then David and Donna.  They were exchanging the silver charger plates used at the wedding.  Donna brought left over cake and cookies.  Betsy cooked hot dogs and we had a luncheon.

Now we have a thunder and lightening storm.  So I'll close and post.  We had a great week, hope you did too.
Thank for checking in.
